They don't!. The only thing that I've learned to increase that is longer foreplay (or do the stop and go method for a long period of time), and drinking lots of water hours beforehand!. Remember I did the stop 'n go method for hours once!.!.!.that was pretty much the hardest and furthest it's ever gonna happen again lol!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pumpkin seeds contain zinc, which is important in testosterone production for men and also helps to sustain sexual desire in women!. Pumpkin seeds are also rich in the essential fatty acid omega 3, which acts as a precursor of prostaglandins, hormone-like substances that play a key role in sexual health!. Word on the street is that a diet rich in pumpkin seeds will enhance potency, drive and fertility!.
The cumming further aspect has no relation to diet!. Sperm is "pumped" by the PC muscle which surrounds the prostate gland!. The stronger this muscle is, the futher the man can ejactulate!. There are various excercises you can perform to build the PC muscle in strength!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that is a myth!. I have eaten them and I don't think it makes you horny or harder, and it certainly does not produce more ejaculate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yet another urban myth (AKA old wives' tale,) I am afraid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm not too sure about that but i've heard that pumpkin pie is an aphrodisiac!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
