Question: Why Haven't i hit puberty!? Is it because of the AD HD medication i take!?
I am 14 years old!. Birthdays in augest!. I consider my self a good looking guy, athletic, ( a bit scrawny) im 110 pounds and im 5'8!. Is it becuase of my medication i hevnt hit puberty yet!? If i stoped taking it every mourning would i hit it!? I have adhd and i take 25mg of adderall!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why not ask your doctor if your medication could be interfering!. Then, again, you might be a 'late bloomer' - you might have changes taking effect in your body later than most guys your age - then , you will wonder what's wrong with that! If you are a late bloomer, then instead of ending puberty at age 21, you will more than likely go to age 25 before completing puberty!. Each person's chemical makeup is different & no two people mature at the same age nor at the same time in their lives nor does everything fall into place all at once!. There are no quick fixes nor magic potions to hurry things along!. Patience is the keyword here!. You must learn to be patient!. Each person must wait their turn to complete development - and you are no exception!. In the meantime, why not study hard in school to get a good education & enjoy your teen years while you still can - they won't come around again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've heard that being too thin can have an effect on when puberty hits!.
I know for girls, if they get too thin, they miss their periods!.
Adderall can make you lose your appetite, maybe you should see if you can change your medication to something else!.
