I guess you just have to mention it straight out, say you want to talk to him about something and ask if you can talk about something personal, and then just say it and see if you can start a discussion on this!. You should definitely tell him, if he and your mother ordered for part of your penis to be removed and you're unhappy about it then you must let them know!
