To directly answer your question with the info you have given, I would suggest the following!.

1!. Keep up the running!. As far as exercise is concerned there is nothing better you can do for your waist!. Nothing!.

2!. Reduce the amount of fat calories you consume daily!. A spare tire is where you seem to hold your extra stores of dietary fat that comes directly from the food you eat!.

3!. Swimming, especially in cold water, tends to signal your body to retain fat for the purpose of maintaining body warmth!. Many of the most fit Olympic swimmers have spare tires!. I say this just to say that swimming may be counter-productive in getting rid of spare tires although it is a wonderful form of exercise which I would otherwise recommend!.

4!. If you do sit-ups, try not to do any more than you need to do for general abdominable strength!. Sit-ups increase your abdominal muscle size drawing attention to your spare tire!. If you are running and working out you can eliminate waist building exercise altogether!. Instead, do more body building exercises to widen your upper chest and especially your shoulders to make your waist look proportionately smaller!.

5!. To stress #4 above!. Sit-ups are muscle building exercises!. They do absolutely nothing to decrease waist size!. So get the fat off FIRST!.

6!. If your body weight is already low and losing weight is not an option for you, then, depending on your age, it might not be possible for you to naturally get your stomach to look fat free!. Consider liposuction from a reputable, experienced surgeon!. The results can be dramatic and long term!. The fat cells of your spare tire are destroyed as the fat is taken out!. If you stay active and eat smartly, you may never have to worry about a spare tire again!. If you want six pack abs, you will be able to get them quickly when you resume your sit-ups!.

you said you run and you watch your diet!.!.!.it could be your body got used to that particular workout!.!.!.or diet!.!.!.that now you need some change!.!.!.maybe instead of running!.!.!.try swimming!.!.!.

i dont know!.!.!.i heard that if your body gets to much in the same thing over and over again!.!.!.it just stays there!.!.!.the same weight!.!.!.so you have to work harder!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
