This is a normal problem for many young men going through puberty!. You might try wearing an undershirt for warmth and this might stop the rubbing affect on your shirt!.

Happens during puberty:but they vanish in a few months Put some neosporine on them and a band aid!.They are probably red because of the friction with your clothes
