so heres the story im 14 years old i went through puberty in june 2008 and when i have not got an erection my penis hangs only just lower than my testicles!.!.!.is this normal for a 14 year old boy!? please help!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, ususally the penis does hanger lower than the testicles, which is fine!. This is called the flaccid state and generally it will hang lower than that!. You probably began going through puberty, for you have not completed it yet!. There's nothing wrong with you, so don't worry!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
