Question: How do i lose my man boobs!?
the kids at school even my mom says i should were a shirt under my polo shirt cuz they are too noticible how can i get rid of them and they dont sag they point out and i want to get rid of them befour they do help me!!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat slow and consciously (About 1/3 of your regular speed)
Shut off the TV! You cannot fully enjoy food if you are distracted!. Ever watch TV while eating, look down, and all the food is gone!? You never got a chance to enjoy it so you get some more!
When you are full STOP EATING!
When you are hungry eat your favorite food but be sure to follow the steps above!.
I loose about 2lbs per week eating anything I want!.
If you have a chance try to catch
