It depends where you are drawing your question from and how serrious of an answer you want!.
There is a condition which is known as intersex or 3rd sex where by a persons sexual organs do not match their genetic gender which can cause them to have ambiguous genitalia!.
Example 1: An outwardly looking male, with a penis can be genetically female!.
Example 2: A female that looks completely female with a complete vagina may have testicals where her ovaries should be and yet still be genetically female!.
Example 3: A child may be born with the genitals of both sexes and through genetic testing and consideration as to what is easier for transition the sex that the child will grow up as will be determined by doctors and the childs parents at the time!.
It is a malformation in the early developmental stages of the foetus in utero so to answer your question I would have to first ask you this!.!.!.

I think men's hormones fluctuate just like ours do, but it's not as extreme so we don't notice it as much!. But they don't bleed like us!. They just get whiny and bitchy like us!. ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
