We're having a weightlifting competition at school in APC (Advanced Physical Conditioning), all the class is money and Thursday lifting lower body, Tuesday and Friday doing upper body, and we run on Wednesdays!. The competition is on co efficient and the only person that might win besides me in my class are the two people I usually lift with!. I'm 166 lbs and max bench around 260-265, maybe 270 if I get lucky, but if I drop down to 160 I can pretty much win because I'm already a little ahead of the other two guys!. What's an easy way to drop 5-6 pounds in like two weeks without dieting!? I've heard drinking a lot of water helps, but that just seems to me that I'd gain more weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

On the contrary, water is essential to weight loss!. Take vitamins and prep for the match by eating lean meats rationed portions!. Keep drinking water!. Keep your bones strong by drinking a 6 oz milk each day!. Do not drink energy bottles or soda or fruit juice!. Stay away from sugar and walk 20 min a day!. Eat greens and limit yourself to whole wheat bread, limit to 4 breads a day, 1500 cal a day!. Do not overexert yourself before you participate!.
