If I don't feel sore after every workout, does that mean I didn't do eno!

Question: If I don't feel sore after every workout, does that mean I didn't do enough!?
I heard that when you feel really sore after a workout, your muscles are rebuilding and getting stronger!. But I don't feel sore sometimes a few days after my workout, does that mean I didn't do enough; my muscles didn't get the workout they need to get bigger!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The cliche is "no pain, no gain"!. To increase muscle mass, you first have to break down muscle tissue by forcing your muscles to go beyond their comfort level!. When they rebuild themselves, they add more muscle fibers to handle the extra load!.

However, there's no need to do this every single time!. If you exercise just to the limit of what is comfortable, you will at least maintain the development you have already attained, reinforce your definition, and gain the everyday benefits of exercise!. You shouldn't feel sore for more than one or at most two days after your workout!. If you feel sore for longer than that, you probably overdid it!.

I think sometimes the emphasis on protein is a little over hyped!. Most Americans eat more protein than they need anyway!. You're probably already eating enough to meet any needs of muscle building you'll encounter!. I don't think the timing of when you eat matters that much!. If you stomach is processing protein, your body will use it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, you shouldnt feel really sore, or sore every time!. If you are sore you didnt warm up(Strech, walk, etc) Or you havent worked out in a while and your muscles arent used to it!. We learned about it in sports medicine class the other day actually!.

And one time i hadnt worked out in a while, and i had to do 80 pushups after losing a game!. And i was sore for like 3 days after!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

no, you're not supposed to get sore everytime you workout!. You usually only get sore when you use muscles that you haven't been using!. I never experience soreness when working out unless I got a bit without working out and then start back up but it usually stops after a few days!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Generally if you are sore after you workout you either failed to warm up properly first or you over exterted yourself!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

what I would do is if you lift weights
just add a few more pounds
and then add whenever
itll deff help u get stronger Www@Answer-Health@Com
