Question: I need some honest advice!?
Hey everyone, I've been on a workout routine for the past 10 months!.!.!. well my arms and completely huge, when I flex my bicep is lock a rock and my tricep hangs down very nice, veins beginning to run up my bicep!.!. however, when my arms aren't flexed!.!. you don't see any definition there, like no cut really, but its there when i flex!.!.!. how do I get this to look that way while at rest!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmmm weird, how big r they!? if u biceps r TOO big then I guess they r just gonna look like fat arms!? maybe u have to much muscle and maybe that's y u don't have that define look when at rest!. There is this guy in my class, he is huge, and when his arms are at rest, his biceps look like basket balls on each arm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

keep doing the routine it may take up to another 10 months to show with out flexing!. don't stop, it's well worth the effort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your muscles are AT REST!.
It is unnatural for them to look flexed if they are not!. Don't let some faulty pictures of the internet tell you that that is attainable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
