Answers:
Use a water based lubricant found at any store like Wal Mart or hair conditioner, it works! Lotion is ok, but will eventually rub into your skin and you'd have to stop and reapply often!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lube it up!.
plain old lotion works fine!.

Add lotion to your hand and then proceed as usual!.
If for some reason you don't like the feel of masturbating with lube or lotion, you can add a mild lotion afterwards to calm the chaffing down!.

It is also possible that you may have a yeast infection, which will cause what looks like dry skin to flake from the penis!. It can also cause a rash all of which are similar to chaffing!.
If you use lotion and the chaffing gets worse or does not go away, you definitely have a yeast infection!. Get a box of yeast infection cream that is for women and just use the cream on your penis for the same amount of time it says for women to use!. (usually day and night for 3-7 days)
Or go see your doctor and he can give you the same lotion except without the word vaginal on it!.

Good luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends if you are circumcised or not!.

If you are, then you will probably need to buy some lube / lubricant from a pharmacy/drug-store or supermarket!. This will help you without chaffing!.

If you are not circumcised, then you might be doing it too fast!. The foreskin and glans are sensitive, so slow down and enjoy it!. You might also want to experiment with lube in this case!.

In either case - are you gripping too tightly!? Be light with it - it's fairly robust, but not indestructible (as you've found out!)!.

Try some alternative routines as described on the site below!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Specifically, a "personal lubricant"!. You can usually find it in the feminine hygiene isle at the supermarket or pharmacy, near the Midol, condoms, pregnancy tests, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

use water based lotion or lubes that is unscented!. oil based will stain!. scented will irritate the skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
