It is not so much whether you are circumcised or not, but whether your foreskin retracts or not that makes the difference here!. Clearly circumcised men do not have a problem of tight foreskin to contend with!.
If your foreskin either cannot be retracted or is not retracted when you are aroused then at ejaculation the semen can be trapped inside the foreskin and not allowed to squirt out as ideally it should, instead it just dribbles out!.
If you cannot retract your foreskin then you should seriously consider circumcision both to be able to keep it clean and hygienic and also to allow the semen to be forcefully ejaculated which is necessary to ensure proper impregnation when trying for a child!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
