the color depends on your bacteria rate the darker it is means the more bacteria you have!. the greener means the less bacteria you have or a certain food you ate for quite some time!. as long as its not clumpy you in the green!. i segested that you eat yogart twice a week to regulate bacteria!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
