ok im 17 next july, i started puberty really late, i have pubes, my voice is broken and my armpit hair is just about becoming noticable, my problem is im really getting on better with girls now and i really want to get a w**k but my penis is only 3!.5 inches so im too embarassed,

It may grow -- it may not!. If it is 3!.5 inches HARD then you are below average!. If its 3!.5 inches SOFT -- then no one cares -- it's only hard that matters!.
4!.5 to 7 inches is the size for the vast majority (90%) of all adult men -- so you are not ALOT smaller than average!. You do not have micropenis!.
The only things shown to increase penis size for real (unlike all the pills and potions that are just methods of stealing your money) -- are losing weight if you are fat (that reveals more penis) and possibly regular masturbation!. A study recently showed that men who don't masturbate regularly have some atrophy of the penis (it shrinks some when it does become erect), it is reasonable therefore to believe that masturbating regularly makes it grow some!.
