Question: Too much masturbation and porn!?
I am a guy and like most guys I masturbate and look at porn!. I was wondering if I do that too much can that decrease my ability to "be" with a woman!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Masturbation is normal!. However, too much porn could cause relationship problems!. Depending on the women, they could feel inferior or not good enough!. So if you find someone special, determine the importance of your sexual relationship!. Ask her if it bothers her!. If it is something you can't control, try to explain how it visually helps but does not mean that you think that porn is better than her!. You don't say how often you masturbate!. If it's compulsive or done in preference to sexual contact with another person, then it's probably too much!. Anything less than that is likely to be okay!.
