those lumps are probably either razor burn or ingrown hairs!.

If its razor burn it should go away in about a week!.

Ingrown hairs can take a couple weeks but your going to have to exfoliate the area and get the ingrown hairs out of the bumps with tweezers if you can!.

The bumps are caused by engrown hairs!. There are products to reduce it at Wal Mart and such, but my best piece of advise is to not scratch at it, I know it probably itches but scratching only irritates the pores even more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do not shave your pubic area!. It's not masculine!.
The lumps will disappear after a few days!. In the meantime, apply some baby powder to the shaved area!.
