Overworking Muscles Workout?!


Question: Overworking Muscles Workout!?
Ok, heres what I do in order!.
1!.Bench Press-3 sets-8 reps
rest in between for 60 seconds
2!. A shoulder one where you hold dumbells at the sides and move them apart-3 sets-8 reps
rest for 45 seconds in between
3!.Barbell Curls-3 sets- 8 reps
45 sec
4!.Trap workouts where you hold dumbells and move your shoulder backwards- 3sets-8 reps
45 sec
5!.Dumbelll Curls- 3 sets- 8 reps
45 sec
6!. Forearm curls- 3 sets- 10 reps
45 sec
Weight: Bench Press is total 135 Ibs!.All Dumbell workouts are 30 Ibs on each side!. And barbell Curls are 55 total!.
So Am I OVERWORKING MY MUSCLES!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No such thing as over working the muscels!. If it feels like its too hard, keep doing it because you want to fatigue the muscels!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
