Answers:
There is a reason for this!. One testicle has more blood in it than the other!. Why!? Because one testical has a larger artery going through it than the other!. This is what makes a guy hang left or right!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you saying one has dropped into the sac, but the other hasn't!? Depends on age!. If younger than ten, before puberty, it's somewhat normal, no big deal!. Give it more time!. If over ten, need to see a Doctor!. Minor surgery will correct it!. Sometimes you can feel if the other one is in the canal they drop down through, and massage it down!. But not the end of the world or anything serious to worry aboutWww@Answer-Health@Com

ohh girl its not the problem u r sharing!
testicles are never in balance!.!.mine left is upper also!.
but some children have the problem that their testicles don't come in the sack sometimes but it is normalized automatically or sometimes its cured surgically this is not the problem in teenagers ,,,,Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah the left always hangs lower than the right, this can be seen on any creature with balls, so when our legs are closed or we are running or moving around they do not get squished or interrupted from their regular swing!. its normal but if it bothers you then !.!.!. to bad !? sorry Www@Answer-Health@Com
