Help with drinking problem!?!

Question: Help with drinking problem!!?
Here lately my husband has been consuming alcohol more than he used to!. Now it takes about on average 7 beers before he starts even feeling the "high" you get from drinking!. This scares me because I know that if you have to drink more than 3 drinks to get that "high" then you are on your way to a serious problem!.
When he gets alcohol he will pretty much drink until its gone!. Its not like he will have a drink or two he will do his best to finish them all off, then expect to be able to get more the next day!. It seems like since he has turned 21, Oct 21 he has had a drink EVERYDAY now! When we go to social gatherings where there is alcohol he will drink ridiculous amounts of alcohol!. The only problem is he is GREAT at controlling his alcohol around other people, so sometimes I really don't think much about it!. Once we get home, that is another story!. It seems like once his foot lands in the front door he is on his way to pass out!
I have told him that his drinking is getting out of control and that I want him to stop but it seems like I am just talking to a wall!
I am 13 weeks pregnant and I know that I am more emotional than usual, but it seems like he has started being VERY mean to me!. Emotionally I feel like I have a good grip on my emotions still, but I really do feel that here lately he has become very abusive towards me!. I am worried that it might be the alcohol doing this!. Normally he was really sweet and we NEVER argued or fought, but now it seems like a weekly occurrence!.
Someone please help me out and let me know what is going on and maybe what I can do to help him!. I love him and I want him to be around for our baby!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your husbands alcohol problem is most likely why he seems to be more aggressive with you!. If he seems abusive towards you, he may not really be the perfect guy!. But, if you really love him, than I agree with detox guy!. It works better to say that you would leave him if he didn't stop this horrible drinking!. That is far more compelling than saying the drinking is dangerous, which it is, but!.!.!.

Look, if this guy really loves you, and you really love him back, than you CAN work this out!. If you care about him, and you have been married for two years, and you both wanted to have a child to raise together, than the prospect of you leaving him, and leaving with that child (which you would certainly get custody of,) will be heartbreaking to him!. Sometimes you have to do something that annoys you as well to get through to someone for good!. Plus, tell him that you don't want his heavy drinking problem to affect your baby, and that you won't let it!.

I really do hope he gets better, and that you two live a long life of happiness, love, and sobriety!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

He needs to detox and quit drinking before it's too late!. I went through the same thing and my wife nearly left me!. I loved her dearly and one day she told me she didn't care if I ballooned to 300 pounds as long as I stopped drinking!. I finally did and after that she became seriously ill from diabetes and died a few years later!. I'm glad I was sober and there for her!. I still won't drink out of respect for her!. I know she's looking out for me and I feel a whole lot better!. Detox was worth every penny!. Good luck, and happy child raising!. We had/have a wonderful 32 year old daughter, so I feel even more blessed!. Alcohol is not a good thing!. We always hurt the ones we love!. I wish you the best!. Tell him my story!. It's all true!. If I hadn't quit I'd regret it now, and our daughter would resent me!. I know I did the right thing!. Once again, good luck and God be with you both!.!.!.and Baby too! Ron!.!.!.P!.S!. I am a vet too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

HE NEEDS TO WAKE UP hes on the way to being a father and hes acting like a 16 yrold
you need to be very serious when you talk to him and make him realise the path hes walking on
and if that dosnt work ask one of his freinds to talk to him it often harder to ignore them

and to that guy with the first comment grow the **** up and have some respect

good luck i really hope you can sort everything outWww@Answer-Health@Com
