Okay, I just read something by a Stanford professor (I'm attaching it incase you are interested), who has done research and found that you CAN incur sleep debt, which means that the sleep you lose during the week will be "recovered" by sleeping extra on the weekends, but some research says that this only applies for sleep lost in the period of one week!.

Things that could happen are falling asleep involuntarily, slowing growth, throwing off your "biological clock," and your immune system could be weakened!. I think since you're catching up on some of the sleep during the weekends, you aren't going to have super serious things happen to you, but you should try keeping a healthy diet and exercising if you have time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll find it much harder to concentrate on tasks, short term memory problems, feeling tired all the time!.!.!. You can't catch up on lost sleep!. In order for your brain to function correctly and process memories, you have to give it enough time each night to do that!.

The indirect problems from it could be very bad!. You may fall asleep at inappropriate times and places (like while driving a car)!. Your safety depends on you being alert, so you need a proper amount of sleep each night!.

You gradually loose cognitive performance!. Depression risk goes up!. Then psychotic episodes can set in!. The ultimate complication of sleep deprivation is death!.

Sleep well dear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
