I've been able to experience both worlds as a sexually active adult and would have to say cut is the best I always had a good sex life when uncut but its atleast 100 times if not more better when cut I'd suggest getting cut to anyoneWww@Answer-Health@Com
Studies, anecdotal evidence and common sense suggests it's better when the guy is uncut!. The foreskin provides sensation and also protects the head keeping the glans more sensitive!.
