He has been very stressed out lately, so I'm not sure if that is a contributing factor or something else!.
When he sleeps he is usually hard as a rock, but the past two weeks he has been soft to the extent that his penis just hangs to the side!.
He is still able to have sex and get hard, and I know he finds me sexually attractive because he is always harder than a rock when he comes to see me!.!.!.and he is able to have sex multiple times in a row!.!.!.
What could be causing this!?

Actually you are right about the stress!.
Studies have shown that a side-effect of being in the deepest form of sleep (there are levels - I suggest google) is that a penis will become erect!. If he is stressed out and not sleeping well he wont get hard!.
