Question: I have a fat stomach, but I'm nearly underweight!?
Why do I have a fat belly, when apparently according to a BMI I am just above underweight!? (I am Male, 15, 5 foot 3" and weigh 8 stone)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you sit at a computer often!? That gives you a belly!. As other folk say; do sit ups but always balance them out with an opposite excercise!. Lie on your stomach and arch your head and feet towards the ceiling!. Match the number of these with the number of sit ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to exercise!. Belly fat is an indication of future health problems, cardiovascular disease,

if you have recently lost dramatic weigth it might just be lose skin, if this is the case light stomach crunches are the answer if this aint the case consult your doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com
