Good way to tone my stomach?!
Question: Good way to tone my stomach!?
i got a little chub in my stomach i was wondering what the best way to tone my stomach is!?
there are some thing that need to be kept in mind:
I cant use expensive equipment!.
i can only use a treadmill/row machine 1 time a week for about 40 minutes in school (so i don't think that would be very effective)
i need it to be all home based stuff

It's easier than alot of people think your Abs are the easiest place to work in my opinion if you want abs you have to be lean (not a skinny little twig but more on the skinny side) so you should also to cardio to lose some of your bodyfat on your stomach!. Try taking jogs or running on a treadmill (or any other cardio activities you can think of wich help you lose weight) every day try running for atleast 1k or 12 minutes a day!. And when you come back from your jog do:
30-85 Crunches
50 Situps
5-15 Leg raises
30 Feet on wall crunches
30 sec!. of flexed bicycle kicks
30 sec!. of the plank
15-30 Side Crunches
Do that for 3-5 days a week (don't do it everyday you need to rest a little) and you should start seeing results in about 2-5 weeks!. And try not to eat fat foods either!. Hope That Helps :)

Take a nice walk around your neighborhood once a night, and if you really feel like doing some work, crunches, push-ups, etc!. always do good in that area!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
