Is this an appropriate sleep schedule?!


Question: Is this an appropriate sleep schedule!?
I wake up around 5:00 AM to eat breakfast and get a bit of studying done before school!. I come home from school around 3:00 PM, and I take a nap for 1 hour!. I then carry on with the day's routine (studying, programming, playing piano, working out, et cetera) until about 8:00 PM, which is when I take another 1 hour nap!. From 9:00 onwards, I usually study until around 1 AM, which has pretty much become my own self-set bedtime!. So I get roughly 6 hours of combined sleep each day, and although I don't feel "miserable" to the point where I'll need to drink Red Bulls to stay awake, I'm certainly not at my peak functionality!.

Is 6 hours enough sleep, and do the 2 hours of combined afternoon/evening naps compensate for the 4 hour sleep I get in between night and morning!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Occasionally there are exceptions, but nearly all of us need an average of 8 hours of rest in order to operate at peek efficiency!. You cannot only count total hours sleep--it is important to understand that the most significant period of sleep occurs at the end of your sleep cycle--usually between hours 7 and 8!. This is the "deep sleep" you might have heard of, wherein your body repairs itself and conducts maintenance!.

It has been proven time and again that those who live long, healthy lives sleep an average of 8-10 years!. They also take naps, so don't feel bad about taking one!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, it's not really healthy!. Taking two 1 hour naps is not the same as adding on two hours of deep sleep!. Try integrating those two hours into your actual sleep time, like maybe going to bed at 12 and getting up at 6 (If your morning schedule permits it)!. Try this out for about a week and see if you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its good and bad!. why because ur body is like a battery right!. when get those naps in here and there, it replaces the body's memory cells just like a battery!. with u drinking red bull too keep awake it's bad too, because of all crap they put in there!. if u don't believe me ask a doctor!. u need those strait hours of sleep!. because when u sleep, ur body releases a chemical that helps u sleep!. when u take power naps it releases that chemical, when u wake up still feel tired or rested!. after u will feel tired again, its because the chemical is released thought out ur body!. putting your self into sleep mode,from there u drink red bull witch it give ur body a shock!. because ur body is in a down state and energy drinks is picker upper!. its also harder for ur body to adjust to things later on!. yes i some what agree with justin but dude thing can be always proven wrong like for example!. u took law enforcement in school, u learned and followed everything in the book!. then once u go on the field its different!. the books are there to prep u for what is there, but life experience and what the book says is 2 diffrent things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
