Question: Help To Get A Six Pack!?
Hey There, I'm Just Like Most Other Guys Looking For A Decent Six Pack, Just Looking For Little Tips,Particularly Any Foods To Eat/Avoid, Recommended Exercises And So On!.!.
I'm In Control Of What I Eat Other Than The Late Dinners I Have With My Family At Around 8 O-clock (Work And College Make Us All Very Late Home) And I'm Just Above The BMI For Underweight!.
So Im Always Up For Tweaking My Diet Here And There!. I Also Do Abdominal Exercises Although I Don't Have Any Real Pattern

If you're borderline underweight, then you'll definitely need ab work!. Crunches & leg raises are among the best exercises!.
Try to keep your diet around 40% Carbs, 40% proteins, & 20 % fats!. Stick with lean proteins like chicken, tuna, & salmon (also good for omega-3 fats)!. Go for complex carbs like whole grain wheats!. Lots of veggies & water!. Eat 5-6 small meals per day!.
Weight training is a must to boost your metabolism & burn fat!. Interval cardio also gives a better bang for the buck than an hour on a treadmill!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
