How can I become from a fat to a well-body man? Diet? Exercise? ?!


Question: How can I become from a fat to a well-body man!? Diet!? Exercise!? !?
I am very confused about my body now!. With the weight of 185 lbs and height of 6!.1 ft, I almost lost my confidence when communicating!. Can someone introduce me some pages to know how can diet!? how can do exercise !? Does jogging and running at medium speed work!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Diets do not work!. All you need to do is change your eating habits!. Dump the junk food, period!. No more pies, cakes, donunts, chips, dips, brownies, cookies & sugary sweet soda's!. Avoid Fast Food Restaurants - they are killers! Eat plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables!. Especially green, leafy vegetables!. Drink plenty of water & fat free milk to help keep the traffic flowing!. Meats need to be baked - boiled or broiled - never fried!. Snack on raw celery sticks, carrot sticks, grapes, banana's, plums, peaches, apricots, pears, oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, avocado pear, cantaloupe & honeydew melon!. Go easy on the starchy stuff - like potatoes, rice, pasta & bread!.
Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner!. Within 90 days you won't believe the new you! But - it aint gonna happen if you don't make a commitment to MAKE it happen!. Walking from lthe sofa to the refrigerator & back does NOT count as exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well thats the average weight for that size but i would suggest running for 15-30 minutes staright at average speed for first 15 min then 3 of sprinting, eat more fruit less junkWww@Answer-Health@Com

medium speed would work for a regular guy but your way out of shape so you should prob get lypo before its to late and you dont get laid ever againWww@Answer-Health@Com
