Question: Im 19 and i want ripped abs!!?!!?
ok so i've been lean my whole life!.!. and my abs definantly show, but im looking to really get them popping out, i work out 6 days a week and 2-3 protein shakes a day, anything else!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

What kind of exercise are you doing!? A lot of people do exercises that they think are fast at building abs, but are in actuality the slow way!. Try doing the following exercises:

1a!. Renegade Dumbbell Rows
1b!. Front Squats with Barbell
1c!. Mountain Climbers on Floor

Have you considered your working out too much!?

It is possible to work out too much to a point where your body can't recuperate!. Take a week off from working, get lots of sleep, and eat lots too!. :) Www@Answer-Health@Com
