hi guys i dont know hw 2 say it but on my penis their is a brown spot before there was only 1 and now its 2 spots wat is it is it syphilis or hiv!?!?!?!?!?!?

Unfortunately, you dont give much details!.!. But I can tell you this!.!. it's not hiv - coz you dont see any external symptoms if you got the virus, unless of course you are already developed AIDS - I really hope it's not that case!.

It's kinda sad that you're even considering it to be Syphilis or HIV!.
