How do i get my muscle to recover quickly?!


Question: How do i get my muscle to recover quickly!?
Answers:
I am not to sure what your muscles are recovering from but i will list some possibilities!.

RECOVERING FROM A RUN
Stretch for a cool down!. Have a shower A!.S!.A!.P, this stops your muscles from getting tight and sore, therefore giving more time to recover!.

RECOVERING FROM A WEIGHTLIFTING WORKOUT
Eat a good source of protein an hour before workout!.
eg: chicken or egg
Eat protein and carbohydrates after your workout also!. Don't do cardio after your workout, this just works the muscles in a indirect way, leaving them less time to recover!. If you are doing a full-body workout try change to a split routine like;

Monday: Chest, Triceps, Abs
Wednesday: Bicep, Back, Quads
Friday: Abs, Shoulders, Calves

You can mix this up!.

RANDOM TIPS:
-Ice your muscles if they are sore, or use deep heat/icy hot cream
-A balanced diet is important
-Don't overtrain your muscles
-Get a good nights sleep
-Warm shower or bath
