Trying to lose this last bit of weight? Need Help please?!


Question: Trying to lose this last bit of weight!? Need Help please!?
-I eat 1800-2000calories/day
-Lift weight for 45 minutes 4 times a week
-Do cardio for 45-60 minutes 6 days a week
-And eat 5-6 meals daily w/ each meal consisting of a lean protein
-I am 6 feet tall 187lbs and trying to get cut, i feel very frustrated i weigh myself once a week on an empty stomach to see my progress and only am able to lost !.5-1lb a week!. Why can't i lose more!?
I lost around 40 lbs doing this over a year but still have a considerable amount of fat on my stomach and would like to get to a lower bodyfat percentage!?
Also I bump up my caloric intake to 3000+ once a week to keep my body from adapting to this caloric deficit, can anyone give me some useful tips for losing this last bit of weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
