you need to do 3 things
1) you need to get your hormones checked, you may be producing too much E2/estrogen which is causing you to have man boobs also known medically as gyno
2) you need to start eating more healthy , less fat and bad carbs, more clean carbs and protein

called gynecomastia and really needs surgical liposuction or reduction with minimal scarring!. should be done as can be psychologically paralyzed and interfere with social functioning, sports!. locker room, painful teasing, crude remarks, etc!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
