Question: Can you critique my diet!? I am cutting aka trying to lose weight!?
i lift weights 40 minutes 4 days a week and do cardio 45 minutes 6 days a week
I am 6 feet tall and weight 190lbs
Everyday I eat this
Meal 1: Whey Protein, Oatmeal
Meal 2: Egg Whites, Oatmeal
Meal 3:(Post-workout)Whey Protein, Banana
Meal 4:Chicken Or Tuna w/Broccoli
Meal 5: Same as Meal 4
Meal 6: Cottage Cheese, with natural peanut butter
All these meals total about 1800 calories 220gramsProtein/150gramsCarbs/and 30gFat
And on Sundays I add extra carbs to each meal to prevent my metabolism from going stale!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm with Q on this; you need more fruits and veggies!. It's important to eat a balanced diet, and this isn't even close!. You need to add a couple of apples and at least two servings of vegetables in there, too!.

And don't forget to stay hydrated with plenty of water!.

You'll probably notice that you'll be loosing about two to three pounds a week on this diet!. If you're loosing more than that, add some calories to your diet, otherwise, you're loosing weight too fast!.

And, only weigh in once a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone else is correct with what you should be adding!. However I don't think you need to be LOSING pounds, you should gain ten pounds but convert your fat to muscle so you can be a big scrumptious beefcake!. Just fyi: you are working out too much!. You need to have some rest periods to allow your muscles to repair!. After seven days straight working out, you should take 2-3days off to repair!. You will feel stronger and renewed and PUMPED UP for the next seven days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds good to me except you dont have nearly enough vegitables or fruits!. it should probably work but it all depends on you (metabolism, age, ect!.)!. its good your not starving yourself too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
