Answers:
No scientific study has linked the use of Nitric Oxide to increased blood flow to the penis!. Studies have linked consumption of certain foods which contain a compound called citruline (such as watermelon) to improved duration and rigidity of erections!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to increasing the firmness, duration, and frequency of erections is good cardiovascular health!. Get your heart and lungs in good shape to provide the blood flow, and in no time you'll notice a difference!.

On a side note: I tried a nitric oxide supplement once before going to work out with a friend (he uses stuff like that all the time, but I don't see it doing any good)!. It gave me a terrible case of the squirts! It could be that I wasn't used to it, but be wary!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Check that link out!. It says it rushes blood to all muscles so hey it probably does but I just read on another site that it causes bad Body oder too!. Gain inches in the love muscle department and loose friends because of the smell!. ha!.!.ha!.!. From what i read I think it probably would make that puppy harder at the vary least and it sounds like it doesn't harm you so take it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, it actually makes your penis smaller!.!.!. i have a friend who says he tried, also it hurts really bad the next day!. DO NOT USE IT!Www@Answer-Health@Com
