I'm 14, and my penis is just under four inches!. When will the "penis growth spurt" happen that everyone seems to be talking about!? I feel a little out of place, considering most of my friends look like they have a bowling ball in their pants, and I'm resorting to stuffing some toilet paper down there!. Every guy goes thru puberty at different times and speeds!. You may not experience a sudden "penis growth spurt", but rather a continual, gradual development!. The penis doesn't stop growing until your early 20s so stop worrying, you have several more years to go!. And seriously, stop stuffing toilet paper in your pants!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
