There was just a recent case of a man who went into the hospital in Kentucky (I think it was) for a circumcision and they amputated his penis, "accidentally!."
Yes, an individual would have to urinate sitting down, unless he wants wet legs!.
There have been a couple of other cases involving circumcision of infants, where the infant developed gangrene and the penis had to be amputated!. In at least one case, they performed a sex change on the infant, as he wouldn't have been able to function as a male in adult life!.
There is no tendon in the penis, a tendon connects muscles!. There are veins in the penis, and severing them doesn't necessarily mean death from loss of blood if treated!. It could occur if untreated, or there could be catastrophic infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
