I work out about 5 times a week and play soccer !.!.!. I was thinking about taking Wheybolic Extreme 60 because I was told this product will make you strong, but is not a weight gainer!.!.!.before I start taking thisprotein, is this true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I read a few things on the internet about it - a lot of people advise on taking 100% WHEY protein first!. Especially if this is your first time taking protein!.

Also, the majority wrote positively about it and how they notice the mass difference!.

I am a vegetarian, I am at the gym 5-6 days a week, my body lacked protein - as soon as I started taking WHEY protein 1-2 scoop a day (23g/scoop) - I felt and noticed massive change! I can see my msucle defintion, mucles healing faster, i feel great!. I am not trying to get big or put on mass what so ever; just getting [toned]!. and lowering body fat!.

so Wheybolic Extreme 60 might be too much to start with - research it or ask a GNC store associate!. Usually they know what they're talking about!.

Also, 5 times a week working out !? are you doing seperate body parts !? Otherwise you need some rest!.
