ok so when im unerect im 4 inch and when erect like 5 or 6 and theres like little tiny white dots on my penis and i like just hit puberty!. cause i know there is white dots on your scrotum when the hairs are growing but some of its on my penis!. and i have like a 1 and a half inch vain popping out when erect!. is all this normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
