there are quite a few nervous system disorders out there!.!.!.!.i get weird shooting localized pains over different areas of my body sometimes and the doc says it is normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not an MD!.
Suggest he see a neurologist!. He can have blood tests run, MRI, Catscan!.
Sometimes pinched nerves, sometimes anemia (like pernicious anemia) can cause odd deadening of nerves (usually at ends of feet and hands)!.
Keep a log of the symptoms for a month, what he eats, exercise, stress and have info ready for doctor's visit!.
Best to you!. Try and nip it in the bud before permanent damage sets in!.

I sometimes have that, i've been diagnosed with IBS, and reactive hypoglycemia, + waiting for results on other things!.!.!.although its just the pain and no other symptoms it could be due to nerve damage, things like Celiac disease can cause nerve damage, or lots of different other things which leads tot the nerves sending pain messages when they shouldn't!.

Get him checked out at a doctor, although i suspect u would have already so see if your doctor can recommend a specialist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
