Question: HOW DO I INCREASE MY STAMINA AND LAST LONGER DURING WORKOUTS!?
Answers:
Everyday go out and jog for awhile (as long as you can)!. If their is a near by High School go their and run laps!. But the most effective way to increase your stamina is to run a lot of sprints!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I saw on the Ultimate Fighter show that they had the guy's wear snorkels while they worked out to get there body used to fighting with limited Oxygen, so they could last longer in a fight!.!.!. I'm not sure if that would work for your situation!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
