There are many reasons why they might be itching there nipple
1) are they sporty, if they are they might have runners nipple, this is where the fabric of there top irritating the nipple causing it to be sore!. To stop this you might have to change the fabric or place Vaseline on there nipples!.
2) When i was growing up i can remember a time when my nipples felt weird, going through puberty if i pressed down on my nipples it felt like there was a bump under them, this went away after about a year, i think its part of the growing up process!.

It is not uncommon for the male nipple to become sensitive and to itch during the puberty stage!. This will go away in time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u can give him proper diet including all minerals!.!.
