The reason they probably scratch their genitals and adjust them in public is because they've become unbearably itchy and the genitals are positioned in an uncomfortable manner!. Generally, males will do this as most concealed as they can-or they should at least!. I think when males grab themselves and allow their genitals to be outlined is to show male domination over things!. It's generally a male thing!. Some males wear basketball shorts under other shorts or jeans so they can sag without their underwear showing or they just want to be able to pull the jeans or shorts off and wear more comfortable!.
