Circumcised means that the male has had the foreskin cut off his penis and the penis head is visible all the time!. Usually when the male is uncircumcised, the skin is over the penis so the head isn't visible!. Females can be circumcised too, but this is not normal and usually used to torture and hurt the female!. When some boys are born parents may ask the doctor to circumcise him!. That means that the doctor will cut off all the foreskin from the head of his penis!. Circumcision done on babies is basically just a cultural tradition (mostly done out of aesthetics) that used to be very common in the United States but it's died down recently!. Some parents may choose to circumcised their son so that his penis will look like the fathers (if he has been circumcised)!.

Jewish parents have their sons circumcised on the 8th day after his birth to honor the covenant God made with Abraham (from the Old Testament)!. Otherwise, circumcision is not very common in most other parts of the world and most men are usually never circumcised unless they have a medical problem that necessitates it!. People used to believe that it offered all sorts of health benefits but those claims have mostly been debunked now and we know that there are no real medical reasons to do this!. Circumcision has become less and less popular in the US as people have now begun to question the morality of it!. It's also widely believed now that circumcision reduces sexual pleasure for the male and that it's very painful to the infant!. Circumcision is genital mutilation!.

Female circumcision is removal of portions of the labia, especially the clitoral hood, which is analagos (with other portions of the labia) with the male foreskin!. This permanently damages and scars the genitals and reduces the female's pleasure in sex!. Sometimes part or all of the clitoris is also removed or mutilated, to completely reduce female pleasure in sex to "insure fidelity!." It is universally regarded as mutilation and is illegal in the US, as well as all civilized countries, although it's still practiced in parts of Africa, most notably Egypt!.

Male genital mutilation amputates the foreskin with its 70,000 nerve endings, and also the frenulum is frequently removed or mutilated!. This diminishes the male's pleasure and sensitivity in sex, including diminishing the intensity of orgasm!. It also makes the penis smaller!. It was used about 100 years ago to try to stop boys from masturbating, as it destroys much of the pleasure in masturbation and sex!.
There are no medical benefits; it doesn't prevent HIV or STD's and doesn't cause infections!.

Mutilation of helpless male infants' genitals isn't illegal, as it is for female infants; this is sexist and unconstitutional in the US as such!.

Circumcision of either sex always damages the genitals and sexual sensitivity and ability, and should be universally outlawed for both sexes!. It is a cruel, archaic and barbaric mutilation which most of the world doesn't perpetrate on their young!.

Circumcision is the worst hoax ever perpetrated on humans; male or female!.
