Birth control are steroids!. They are not the anabolic / androgenic steroids that athletes take but are instead related to female hormones - estrogen and progesterone!.
If a guy takes female hormones then he will start to have aromatization side effects relating to lessened male hormones (namely testosterone) and increased female hormones (progesterone, estrogen)!.
