Age 16. 6ft/6'1. Any tips on how to grow?!

Question: Age 16!. 6ft/6'1!. Any tips on how to grow!?
Some of you taller guys with shorter parents must have some advice!?

Can I grow 3 inches!? Aged 16!. !?
I want to grow 3 to 4 inches (for rowing)!. Atm I am 184cm, just over 6ft!. I want to be 190-193cm (6'3-6'4), I'm 16 (since late July), eat very cleanly + take multi vit and cod liver oil + drink LOADs of milk, row a lot - involves stretching 2x daily, play basketball, run, lift weights (no it does not stunt growth) and my uncles/dad all grew 3 or 4 inches from 16, although my dad is only 6ft!. I'm still growing (1 cm since July)!.

Also my dad has a much more even leg:torso ratio than me, with his legs only being slightly longer!. Mine on the other hand is still very much leg > torso in length!. This apparently evens out before you're fully grown at 21-25ish!?

So from your own experience/knowledge, am I right in thinking that I should be able to grow at least 6cm!?

Thanks :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
that really depends on when your growth spurt started and ended!.

I am 15!. My growth spurt started when I was 11 years old, and it ended when I was 13!. And in the last 2 years I have only grown 1 inch!. And like maybe 1/2 cm since May!.

Since you are saying that you have grown 1 cm since july!. I don't think that it is completely hopeless!. I know that there is a homeopathic medicine to help you grow taller and I am taking it right now!. But it hasn't made a difference so far but I keep my hopes up!. You should talk to a doctor if you want an artificial way of making you taller!. I know that it is possible!.

Naturally I think you will grow maybe 2-3 cm more

Also just on a side note I am 5'8" and my parents are trying to make it tall every possible way!. I think you are at a very nice height right now and my parents would be very happy if I was that tall!. If you grow 6cm more you might become too tall which is not good, you should think of your future other than rowing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If I were you I would stop worrying about your height!. How tall do you want to be!? You are not exactly vertically challenged!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
