Testicular lump, not on testicle, please help im worried.?!

there is a hard lump on my right testicle near the top almost on the back, it moves, it is not present on my left testicle!. I first noticed it freshmen year, i am now a senior!. I should have made an appointment with the doctor but this is embarrassing!. It does not cause pain but as of late i become really worried about it!. I have noticed a decrease in the amount of semen being produced i am worried it might be related!. I do not believe it is on the testicle but it could be i think it might be attached to the seminal vesicle or something else!. Please what might this be how much growth would be present in four years time, i dont think the lump has gotten any bigger but how much bigger would it have gotten if this was something serious!. I need to schedule an appointment with a doctor i know, but his office is closed, any help calming my nerves till then would help alot!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
