Question: I can't remember the last time I got sore after lifting!?
Is this a problem!?
I know what i'm doing and I switch up my program often ( different exercises and different weights)
it's not DOM because I never end up getting sore
I was thinking It's because I'm taking in so much protein!?

I have been there before and I just realized I was not pushing it hard enough!. I had to start working the same muscles a few times in a workout until i can feel my tissue stretching and muscles burning to the point of basically muscle death lol!. Just don't overdo it and also don't underdo it!. Maybe you are doing to much light weight with high reps or something like that, try heavy weights with alot of sets!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Just means you're over doing it, let your muscles get used to it and then slowly up the resistance!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
