Is eating regular meals REALLY that neccessary?!


Question: Is eating regular meals REALLY that neccessary!?
I know I don't eat regular meals a day, I constantly graze!.
On a normal day I can go through 5-10 serves of veggies, 3-7 serves of fruit plus a serving of bread and a serving of wheat and a serve of nuts!.
BUT I am not eating breakfast lunch and dinener I am just eating fruit and veggies whenever I feel the need!.
Is that bad for my body to be constantly grazing or is it okay!?
9I don't eat junk food AT all, there is NO trans fats in my diet, I eat a vegan diet based mostly on veggies and fruit)!.
Like today, I woke up I had some wheat bran with rice milk, then an apple a little later, then a banana, I just had some corn, I've drank about three glasses of water and a multivitamin!. I don't really feel hungry like that, I will just be like "Hmm, I feel like corn, and I eat it" I don't get bloated and I don't get hungry, I'm just always satisfied!.
No peaks or plummets, I wake up and am a little hungry but after that no real changes (unless I've been excessively exercising, then I might feel hungry about half an hour later)!.
And I normally stop eating at about 6 PM since I just don't feel the need to eat anymore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No it's not necessary!. A lot of health experts recommend eating 6 little meals a day instead of 3 large ones!. If you have a schedule that allows you to do so, good for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
