Ok this is really embarrassing for me to ask I only want serious answers!. Okay so my right nipple has been hurting for over 2 weeks now what can this be!. There is a like a medium sized bump under it!. Im a 15 year old guy by the way!. It really hurts!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

boys have breast tissue on their chest!. During puberty hormones can cause this tissue to grow or swell and become tender, most times it will resolve itself as puberty progresses!. Rarely a boy may develop a condition called gynaecomastia which means excessive gowth of breast tissue in males!. Keep an eye on it and consult a doctor is you are concerned, but I would think it will fix itself by the time you have finished maturing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It may be a cyst!. They can form anyplace where there is cartilage (connective tissue)!. If the bump grows bigger or the pain gets worse, you will have to tell some one (even if it's embarrassing), because you might have some kind of growth or infection that needs medical treatment!.
Try using ice and see if the swelling goes down!. Also, see if you have a fever; a fever is a sign of infection!. If ice helps the pain and swelling, taking aspirin or tylenol should help with the pain!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It seem to be a cyst it will grow and then it will start hurting really bad!. You will have to go to the hospital and they will have to cut it open and then stuff it with medicated gauze!. Trust me once u feel it's really painful get it cured!. That pain is no joke!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
